Think that Leonardo Da Vinci believed that the human form displays the golden ratio?
Or that the ancient Greeks and others believed the golden ratio has divine and mystical properties?
Or that you can find the golden ration in the growth of the Nautilus shell?
Sorry, these are all myths. Don’t let that diminish the awesomeness of PHI, though. You can still find the golden ratio quite a bit in nature.
